    Step 1

    除了菲达奶酪、油、青柠汁和香菜以外,把所有材料混合均匀。Mix everything except feta cheese, oil, lime juice and coriander in a big bowl.

    Step 2

    用两根手指捏住菲达奶酪,轻轻地压碎放在沙律上。淋上油、青柠汁与切碎的香菜再拌匀。Use two finger to pinch through the feta cheese to lightly crumble it over the mixture of vegetables. Drizzle oil, lime juice and chopped coriander and give it a final mix.

    Step 3

    享用前至少放入冰箱冷藏1个小时,风味更佳。Once done, keep in refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
