奶油芝士焗西兰花 Baked Cheese Broccoli

【材料】
A: 西兰花200克、油3汤匙、洋葱½颗(切碎)、鲜奶油 200ml
B: Mozzarella芝士80克、parmesan芝士粉30克
【调味料】
盐2茶匙、糖3茶匙、黑胡椒粉1茶匙
【做法】
1. 将西兰花切朵状,放入滚水中汆烫3分钟,沥干,盛在耐热碗里待用。(图1)
2. 平底锅热油,把洋葱翻炒至金黄色。(图2)
3. 倒入鲜奶油,煮至开始浓稠时,加入材料C调味。(图3-4)
4. 将鲜奶油混合料淋在西兰花上,撒上材料B,放入预热至200℃的烤箱,烤10分钟或金黄色即可。(图5-7)

【Ingredients】
A: 200g broccoli, 3 tbsp oil, ½ onion (chopped), 200ml fresh cream
B: 80g mozzarella, 50g grated parmesan
【Seasoning】
2 tsp salt, 3 tsp sugar, 1 tsp black pepper
【Method】
1. Cut broccoli into florets and blanch in boiling water for 3 minutes, drain and put in hot proof dish.
2. Heat oil in skillet and sauté onion until golden brown. (pic 2)
3. Pour in fresh cream, cook until thicken; add in ingredients C to season. (pic 3-4)
4. Pour cream mixture over the broccoli, top with ingredients B and bake in preheat oven at 200°C for 10 minutes or until golden brown, done. (pic 5-7)
