豆腐汉堡 Tofu Burgers

【馅料】
豆干4-5块(剁碎)、红黄灯笼椒各40克(剁碎)、青葱10克(剁碎)、印度混合香料1汤匙、咖哩粉1茶匙(随意)、鸡蛋1粒、盐和胡椒粉适量、面粉40克
【材料】
汉堡面包5-6个、生菜、青瓜片、包菜丝、红萝卜丝、美奶滋及辣椒酱适量
【做法】
1. 把豆干和其他材料混合,试味。(图1-4)
2. 将豆干混合料捏成肉饼,大小跟面包一致,然后收入冰箱,至用时才取出。(图5)
3. 吃前将肉饼煎至熟后放在面包上。(图6)
4. 然后铺上蔬菜等材料,再淋上美奶滋和辣椒酱即可。

【Fiiling Ingredients】
4-5 pcs firm tofu ‘white taukwa’(mashed), 40g yellow capsicum (chopped), 40g red capsicum
(chopped), 10g spring onions (chopped), 1 tbsp. garam masala, 1 tsp curry powder[optional] for more
fragrance, 1 egg (for binding), salt & pepper to taste 40 g plain flour or more
【Ingredients】
5-6 Burger buns (storebought), lettuce, sliced,cucumber, shredded cabbage,carrots, mayonaise
chilly sauce
【Method】
1. Mixes taukwa with the rest of ingredients and adjust seasonings to taste.(pic 1-4)
2. Shape into patties, the size of the burger bun and refrigerate until needed. (pic 5)
3. Pan fry the burger pattie and place onto the burger buns.(pic 6)
4. Line with the vegetables, topping with mayonnaise and chilly sauce.
