    可爱的刺猬包,你爱上了吗?记得待发面团的时间要十分准确,不可太久或太快。如果不喜欢奶黄口味,也可以根据自己喜好更换馅料。

    Step 1

    馅料:将鸡蛋、糖、牛油、面粉和吉士粉搅拌至滑,加入花奶拌均,用大火蒸30分钟备用。For filling: mixes eggs, sugar, butter, plain flour and custard powder until smooth, then toss in evaporated milk, and then steam in high heat for 30 minutes.
