馅料:将鸡蛋、糖、牛油、面粉和吉士粉搅拌至滑,加入花奶拌均,用大火蒸30分钟备用。For filling: mixes eggs, sugar, butter, plain flour and custard powder until smooth, then toss in evaporated milk, and then steam in high heat for 30 minutes.
将皮料混合揉均。Knead the pastry ingredients into smooth dough.
将面团分成每份40克,杆薄,包入1小匙馅料,收口。Apportion the dough 40g each and flatten, then wrap each with 1tsp filling.
用剪刀剪成刺猥形,用黑芝麻做成眼睛,待面团发酵30分钟,最后用大火蒸8分钟至熟即可。Use scissor to cut them into hedgehog shape, attached black sesame seed as eyes, then let it rise for 30 minutes, and then steam it in high heat for 8 minutes until cooked.
