    以马铃薯、马蹄、鲜香菇、素香片调制而成内馅,裹上大腐皮炸至香脆,加上咸香的豉油,让人停不了口啊!

    Step 1

    把馅料和调味料A拌匀。Mix filling with seasoning A.

    Step 2

    铺平腐皮,放上适量馅料,卷成长条,涂上面糊封口,拿一条生面卷起来。Arrange beancurd on the table, place a spoonful of prawn mixture on the beancurd skin. Roll up and seal end with cornflour, circle and roll with the noodle.

    Step 3

    留一汤匙在锅里,加入调味料B,以小火煮滚。Keep 1 tbsp oil in wok, add in seasoning B, cook with low heat and bring to boil.

    加入炸好的素大虾快速炒匀即可盛起,撒上芝麻。 Toss in crispy mock prawns, have a quick stir, dish out and sprinkle with some sesame seed before serve.
