    香港怀旧小吃,制作沙翁的材料很简单,就是制作过程非要很快手不可,每个步骤趁热制作就是一个诀窍!

    Step 1

    取1锅,放入牛油,海盐和纯净水,以中小火煮至融化后转小火。Take a pot, add butter, sea salt and water, cook over medium-low heat until melts, then turn to low heat.

    Step 2

    加入过筛粉类,快速拌匀,将面团继续搅拌约1分钟至锅底有层薄膜,立刻离火。Add the sieved powder, mix quickly, continue to stir the dough for about 1 minute until there is a thin layer at the bottom of the pot, immediately remove from the heat.

    Step 3

    让面团静置3分钟,然后分三次加入鸡蛋液,不停搅拌至完全混合成面团,备用。Let the dough stand for 3 minutes, then add the egg in three times, keep stirring until it is completely mixed into a dough, set aside.

    Step 4

    锅内中小火将油加温后,转小火,用汤匙舀出1小份面团,下油炸至表面膨胀呈金黄色即可捞起,沥干油。Heat the oil with medium heat, then turn to low heat, scoop a small spoon of dough, fry in hot oil until the surface swells and becomes golden yellow, drain and set aside.

    Step 5

    趁热将炸好的沙翁滚上适量砂糖,即可食用。Roll the puff with sugar while it is hot. Enjoy.
