好味肉卷 Delicious Meat Roll

材料A:
腐皮1张、叉烧8幼条、青瓜适量、辣椒酱随意
材料B:
肉碎500克、粟粉1汤匙、马蹄碎100克、五香粉½茶匙、晒油1茶匙、鲍鱼汁1汤匙、盐和胡椒粉适量
做法:
1.将腐皮剪开18cmx15cm,将材料B全部混合,拌至起胶。
2.放2汤匙混合料B和1条叉烧在腐皮上然后卷起(重复其余,排在涂油盘上)。
3.放入蒸锅内蒸20分钟,取出待冷。
4.炸油烧热,放入肉卷炸至金黄色。
5.取出切块即可与青瓜和辣椒酱一同进食。

Ingredients A :
1 piece bean curd sheet, 8 strips char siu, cucumber to taste, chili sauce to taste
Ingredients B :
500g minced meat, 1tbsp corn flour, 100g chopped water chestnut, ½ tsp 5 spice powder,
1tsp thick soy sauce, 1tbsp abalone sauce, salt and pepper to taste
Method:
1.Cut bean curd sheet into 18cm x 15cm, combine ingredients B and mix well.
2.Flatlen 1 sheet of beancurd on the chopping board. Add in 2 tbsp mixture B, 1 strip of char
siu and roll up (Repeat the rest and put in a greased tray).
3.Arrange meat rolls in steamer and steam for 20 minutes. Remove and leave cool.
4.Heat oil for deep frying, add in meat rolls and deep fry until golden brown.
5.Cut into pieces and serve with cucumber and chili sauce.
