    这道素食姜茸蒸鲜竹结,用了子姜茸和子姜粉,姜味十足,驱寒又祛风。

    Step 1

    将鲜竹结、子姜茸、沙姜粉、枸杞及调味料全部拌匀,排放在蒸碟上。Mix all the bean curd knots, minced ginger, galanga powder, wolfberry and seasonings, arrange on the steam plate.

    Step 2

    蒸锅上水,放入鲜竹结蒸8-10分钟即可,盛起浇上少许麻油,切2片沙姜叶丝即可享用。Fill the steamer with water, steam bean curd knots for 8-10 minutes, drizzle with a little sesame oil on top.Garnish with galanga leaves before serve.
