    德语称“Baumkuchen”的年轮蛋糕,是欧洲内多个国家的知名点心,其中“Baum”是指木头,“而Kuchen”则是指糕点,层层的纹理和树椿般的外型,而拥有“德国蛋糕之王”的美誉。

    Step 1

    将所有的材料A混合均匀后,静置一旁10分钟,备用。Mixes all ingredients A and set aside for10 minutes.

    Step 2

    将材料B的纸皮圆筒包上锡纸或烘培纸,备用。Wrap pin roller with parchment paper.

    Step 3

    将平底锅抹上薄薄一层椰油,并以中小火热锅,然后舀入一大勺作法1的面糊,稍微移动平底锅,以让面糊均匀铺满整个锅面,烙熟后,即可上碟(用此作法将所有的面糊烙熟)。Grease pan with a thin layer of coconut oil, heat with medium low heat and then scoop in 1 ladle of batter, move the pan slightly to spread the batter evenly over the entire pan; once cooked, dish out (repeat steps).

    Step 4

    用作法2的圆筒将面皮一层接一层卷起至呈年轮状厚度,小心取出圆筒,切块后,配以自选果酱,即可享用。Roll the skin layer by layer on the pin roller until reaching the thickness of tree rings. Remove pin roller carefully and cut into slices and serve with fruit jam.
