姜黄鱼 Turmeric fish

材料:
鱼3条、大蒜1粒(切片)、黄姜30克(切片)、香茅1支(切片)、疯柑叶5片、水350毫升
调味料:
盐适量
做法:
1.鱼洗净搽上少许盐及胡椒粉腌10分钟。
2.把其余材料与水放入锅中以中火煮3~5分钟至出味。(图1-4)
3.加入鱼煮5分钟至熟即可调味上碟。(图5-7)

Ingredients:
3 fish, 1 whole garlic (slices), 30g turmeric (slices), 1 lemongrass (slices), 5 pcs Kaffir Lime Leaves, 350ml water
Seasoning
Dash of salt
Method:
1. Washed fish and marinate with some salt and pepper for 10minutes.
2. In a pot cook all ingredients with water for 3~5 minutes till aromatic. (pic 1-4)
3. Add in fish and simmer for a further five minutes, season with salt to taste. (pic 5-7)
