    Step 1

    先将辣椒糊材料放入搅拌机打至糊状。Blend the spicy paste A ingredients in a blender until smooth.

    Step 2

    搅好的辣椒糊放入大碗内,放入山佬叶丝、枫柑叶丝、蛋液、椰浆、粘米粉、峇拉煎、鱼肉、虾肉加入搅拌。Pour the blended spicy paste into a large bowl, and add kaduk leaf strips, kaffir lime leaf strips, beaten eggs, coconut milk, rice flour, belacan, grouper fillet and shrimp. Mix well.

    Step 3

    铺上几片山佬叶在深盘里,再倒入已调味的乌达糊。Line a deep dish with a few pieces of whole kaduk leaf, and pour in the seasoned mixture from step 2.

    Step 4

    锅内水煮滚后,放入乌达蒸10至15分钟。蒸熟后的乌达即可上桌。Once the water in the pot is boiling, steam the otak-otak for 10 to 15 minutes. Once cooked, the otak-otak can be served.
