    Step 1

    将虾洗净沥干水份。Wash prawns and drain.

    Step 2

    烧热2杯炸油,将虾炸至8分熟,捞出沥干油份。Heat 2 cups of oil in wok, deep fry prawns until 80% cooked,dish out and drain.

    Step 3

    烧热1汤匙油,爆香洋葱碎,加入全部调味料煮滚。Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok, sauté onion until fragrant and then add in all seasoning and bring to boil.

    Step 4

    然后加入虾煮至干身即可。Toss in prawns and stir-fry until gravy thicken, done.
