    Directions

    Step 1

    将全部特制酱料放进汤煲煮滚备用。Mixes all special sauce ingredients and bring to boil.

    Step 2

    将鱼肉加入腌料腌制3分钟。Marinate fish fillet with marinades for 3 minutes.

    Step 3

    烧热2杯炸油,将鱼片沾上鸡蛋液,再沾上粟米粉炸至金黄色捞起,沥干油份。Heat 2 cups of oil in wok,coat the fish with egg sauce,follow with corn flour and deep fry until golden brown.

    Step 4

    镬中留1汤匙油爆香配料,加入调味料快炒拌匀,盛起排在鱼片上,淋上汁料即可享用。Keep 1 tbsp oil in wok,saute sub-ingredients until fragrant,then toss in seasoning and dish out,put on top of fish and pour in the sauce to serve.
