    Step 1

    将鸡全腿洗净,用沸水川烫。Wash chicken whole legs and blanch in boiling water.

    Step 2

    将香椰水过滤备用,椰子取肉洗净备用。Filtered coconut juice and obtain the flesh,rinse and drain.

    Step 3

    准备炖盅,将鸡腿、药材和椰子水倒入椰子里。Place chicken whole legs, Chinese herbals and coconut juice into coconut shell.

    Step 4

    准备蒸笼,将椰子以大火蒸1小时半。Steam in high heat for1 ½hour.

    Step 5

    取出加入盐即可马上享用。Season with salt and serve hot.
