    Step 1

    将虾加入腌料腌制1小时。Marinate prawns with condiments for 1 hour.

    Step 2

    将白面包切掉边,然后切开一半。Trim off the sides of bread and cut into two.

    Step 3

    以面包卷起虾、适量芫荽茎和马蹄片,将紫菜片涂上适量的面糊封口。Wrap prawn with some coriander stems and water chestnut,roll up and seal with seaweed that coat with batter.

    Step 4

    烧热炸油以小火炸至金黄色,捞起沥干油份。摆盘装饰,配上美乃滋一起享用。Deep fry in low heat until golden brown,drain and garnish; serve with mayonnaise.
