巧克力布朗尼 Chewy Chocolate Brownie

【材料】

牛油100克、黑巧克力56克、鸡蛋80克、黄糖120

克、蛋糕粉48克、榛子豆60克(剁碎)、巧克力粒

40克、盐1小撮、香草香精2滴

 

【做法】

1.把榛子豆烤香后捣碎备用。

2.鸡蛋、香精及黄糖用搅拌器搅拌至发起。(图1)

3.把牛油和巧克力隔水煮溶。(图2-3)

4.然后把巧克力料和蛋料混合。(图4)

5.加入粉料和其它材料,搅拌均匀后倒入准备好的烤盘里。(图5-6)

6.放入预热至175癈的烤炉里烤20分钟,时间视体积而定。(图7-8)

【Ingredients】

100g butter, 56g dark couverture, 80g egg, 120g brown sugar, 48g cake flour, 60g hazelnut (Chopped),40g Chocolate chip, 1 pinch salt, 2 drop vanilla essence

 

【Method】

1.Roast hazelnut and coarsely ground.

2.Beat the egg, vanilla essence and brown sugar until light and fluffy.(pic 1)

3.Place butter and dark couverture over hot water bath to melt.(pic 2-3)

4.And then combine the dark chocolate mixture with egg mixture. (pic 4)

5.Fold in flour and the rest of the ingredients. (pic 5-6)

6.Bake at 175℃ for 20 minutes depending on the size.(pic 7-8)
