用冰淇淋勺子取1匙的面团放在烤盘上。放入烤箱内烤 15-20分钟。 Using an ice cream scoop, scoop the batter in drop onto the greased tray spacing them apart. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
将可可粉、粟粉、蛋黄、牛奶和练奶拌匀,隔水煮至溶及浓 稠。 Using a double boil method, place cocoa powder, cornflour, yolk. Milk & condensed milk om a bowl over simmering water
离火,加入牛油及奶油拌匀,待冷。 Cook using a whisk until choc fudge thickens. Remove from heat, add in butter and cream. Leave to cool
采用搅拌器将TONG GARDEN 有机栗子搅拌至细。 Meanwhile using a blender, blend TONG GARDEN Organic Chestnutstill fine
冷却后加入搅碎的果仁糖及栗子,放置一旁固定。
待冷后涂上栗子奶油,再撒上栗子碎即可。Once cool add in the chopped praline & ground chestnut. Set aside until needed
