【芋钵材料】
芋头泥300克(蒸熟,压成泥)、薯粉60克、糯米粉20克、盐1茶匙、糖1/2大匙、五香粉1/4茶匙、油3大匙

【馅料】
黄豆干1/2片、冬菇2朵、马蹄2粒、红萝卜、西芹、香酥鸡50克(均切幼粒)

【调味料】
素蚝油1/2茶匙、胡椒粉1/4茶匙、盐1/4茶匙、糖1/2茶匙、香菇味素1/2茶匙、水1/4杯、栗粉1茶匙

【拌碟】
西兰花适量

【汁料】
靓生抽王、糖适量、水适量

【做法】
1.将材料(A)搓至光滑,分出10等份。做成钵仔盅形,用滚水煮至浮起,捞起过冷河,排上碟备用。
2.烧热1大匙半油,炒香馅料,加入调味料,煮至干汁,盛起放入芋钵中,排入拌碟料,淋上生抽王汁即成。

【小贴士】
1.搓芋钵的3大匙油,可用水代替。
2.芋钵可提早一天做,放进冰箱冷藏。取出解冻10分钟即成。

【Ingredients A
300g yam(steam and mashed), 60g tapioca flour, 20g glutinous flour, 1tsp salt, 1/2tbsp sugar, 1/4tsp 5 spiced powder, 3tbsp cooking oil

【Ingredients B
1/2pc yellow bean curd, 2pcs mushroom, 2pcs water chestnut, 50g each of carrot celery and fried mock chicken (diced all)

【Seasoning】
1/2tsp vegetarian oyster sauce, 1/4tsp salt, 1/4tsp pepper, 1/2tsp sugar, 1/2tsp mushroom granule, 1/2cup water, 1tsp corn flour

【Garnishing】
Some broccoli

【Sauce】
Some premium soy sauce, sugar and water

【Method】
1.Knead (A) into smooth dough, divide into 10 equal portions and make into small bowl shape, cook in boiling water until afloat, dish out and rinse under cold water, drain and set on plate.
2.Heat 1 1/2tbsp oil,saute (B) until fragrant, then add in seasoning, cook until the gravy is thicken, shift to the yam bowl, garnish with broccoli, and then pour the sauce on it.
