【材料】
瘦花肉500克、汉堡面包6个、生菜、番茄片、芝士及美奶滋
【调味料】
黑胡椒粉1茶匙、黄糖3-4汤匙、鸡粉1茶匙、辣椒粉1茶匙、盐1茶匙
【酱汁材料】
大葱1粒(剁碎),蒜头2瓣(剁碎),芥末1汤匙,李派林黑醋1汤匙,清水1- 1 1⁄2 杯,番茄酱1⁄4杯,栗米粉1汤匙,苹果醋1⁄4杯
【做法】
1.把猪肉切长条,放入慢炖锅,开电源设中火。(图1)
2. 加入调味料及所有酱汁材料,加盖让它煮至少6-8小时至肉软。(图2)
3. 把煮好的肉撕小块。(图3)
4.把汉堡面包剖开,涂牛油,铺上生菜,番茄片及芝士片。(图4-5)
5.放入手撕焖猪肉,淋上少许汁,淋上美奶滋,夹紧即可享用。(图6-8)
【Ingredients】
500 g belly pork with a little fat, 6 soft hamburger buns, split, salad leaves, Tomatoes(sliced), Cheese slices, Mayonaisse
【Seasonings】
1 tsp coarsely ground black pepper, 3-4 heaped Tbsps (packed) dark brown sugar, 1 tsp chicken stock granules, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp salt or to taste
【Sauce-ingredients】
1 big onion(chopped),2 cloves garlic(chopped), 1 Tbsp mustard, 1 Tbsp Lea & Perrins sauce, 1 cup-1 1⁄2 cups water , 1⁄4 cup tomato sauce, 1 tbsp cornflour,1⁄4 cup apple cider vinegar
【Method】
1.Cut pork lengthwise in half. Place into the crock pot & turn on the power on medium heat.(pic 1)
2.Add all the sauce and seasoning ingredients into the crock pot. Cover the lid & leave overnight or until meat is tender, about 6-8 hours.(pic 2)
3.Shred pork into bite-size pieces. (pic 3)
4..Slice the burger bun into two, butter it. Top with salad leaf & tomato slices, cheese.(pic 4-5)
5.Top with pulled pork, drizzle lightly with its sauce. Top with mayonaisse. Cover with tops of buns.(pic 6-8)
