    小贴士 : 要把握好火候,不然就是焦了和拔不出丝。

    Step 1

    把年糕沾上蛋白,再滚上白芝麻。Dip the rice cake with egg whites, roll and coat with white sesame seeds.

    Step 2

    烧热温油放入芝麻年糕,以中温火炸至呈微黄色,捞出沥油。Heat the oil, deep fry sesame rice cake over medium-high heat until slightly yellow and drain oil.

    Step 3

    把锅中油盛起,放入白糖、清水开火烧开,开始转白色及浓稠状,加入麦芽糖煮溶。Remove the oil from the pot, add sugar and water bring to boil. When color turn white and thicken, add in maltose and boil till dissolve.

    Step 4

    放入炸好的芝麻年糕拌匀,取出立刻放入冰水中沾冰水即可。Add in the fried sesame rice cake and mix well, take out and soak into cold water immediately.
