    Step 1

    把豆干炸至金黄色后置放一旁。Deep-fry beancurd until golden. Dish out and leave aside.

    Step 2

    把调味料和清水及材料B混合,煮至滚后转小火焖10分钟。Combine seasoning with water and ingredients B. Cook to a boil and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.

    Step 3

    加入花肉,继续煮15分钟。Add in belly pork and cook for 30 minutes.

    Step 4

    勾芡后滴入酒和麻油即可。Add thickening,cooking wine and sesame oil to the gravy.
