    Step 1

    将排骨洗干净,腐竹浸泡至软切段备用。热锅放入少许的油和冰糖炒至稍微的焦色 Wash pork ribs, set aside; beancurd stick cut in section, set aside. Heat some oil in wok, fried sugar till a bit dark brown。

    Step 2

    放入排骨炒至均匀后加入八角和桂皮。 toss in pork ribs and stir fry well. Add in star anise and cinnamon, stirring occasionally.

    Step 3

    加入绍兴酒和酱油炒至均匀,再加入适量的上汤以大火煮开后转小火煮大约15分钟。 Toss in chinese wine and soy sauce, pour in some stock, turn the heat to high, allow to cook for 15 minutes.

    Step 4

    然后再加入腐竹煮至5分钟加入少许的胡椒粉和灯笼椒去炒均匀收汁即可。 Lastly add in bean curd stick, stir fry for another 5 minutes, add in capsicum, season with some pepper, cook until sauce thicken, done.
