无蛋橙味牛油蛋糕

材料
A: 溶解牛油125克、炼奶180克+1茶匙醋
B:普通面粉200克(筛过)、发粉1茶匙、苏打粉1⁄2茶匙,鲜橙汁125毫升、橙味香精1茶匙、1粒橙(取皮茸)

A:125 g melted butter, 180 g condensed Milk + 1 tsp Vinegar
B: 200 g plain flour(sifted), 1 tsp baking powder, 1⁄2 tsp baking soda, 125 ml fresh orange juice from 1 large orange, 1 tsp orange oil / essence,orange zest from one orange

8寸圆形蛋糕盆

8” round cake pan or loaf pan

做法
1.把烤炉预热至180℃;蛋糕盆涂油。
2.把牛油与炼奶混合,搅拌1分钟。(图1-3)
3.加入面粉,发粉及苏打粉。(图4)
4.加入橙汁,橙皮茸及香精,搅拌均匀。

1.Preheat oven to 180℃. Grease and dust an 8” cake tin or loaf pan.
2.In a wide bowl, add butter and condensed milk, beat for 1 minute.(pic 1-3)
3.Fold in sifted flour, baking powder and baking soda.(pic 4)
4.Add the juice, zest, orange essence or oil and mix it well.

5.把面糊倒入蛋糕盆,放入烤炉烤30-35分钟,以竹签插入测试熟度,以不沾物为准,然后让它冷却5分钟。(图5-7)
6.把蛋糕倒扣出来待完全冷却后才切片吃。

5.Pour into the prepared tin and bake for 30-35 minutes until a skewer inserted comes out clean, remove the cake from oven and let it cool for 5 minutes.(pic 5-7)
6.Invert the cake on a wire rack and allow it to cool completely.Cut into thin slices and serve with tea.
