    烹饪小贴士:烫菜时尽量不要把菜弄散,也不要烫过熟,卖相才会好看。

    Step 1

    菠菜切去根部,洗净。Cut off the root of spinach, wash.

    Step 2

    准备1盆清水,加入冰块;煮滚半镬水把菜烫熟后放入冰水却,然后整棵长度用保鲜纸包好,放入冰箱冷冻。Prepare water in pan with added ice; boil half pot of water and blanch the spinach, then cool down in the iced water and wrap with cling and store in fridge.

    Step 3

    取出切段,中间以紫菜困住排上碟中,洒上黑、白芝麻,享用时沾上已拌匀的沾酱。Remove cooled spinach from fridge, cut into block and tighten with leaves, arrange in plate, sprinkle black & white sesame seeds on top, serve by dipping the sauce.
