    Step 1

    预热烤箱180℃,将所有食材平均切片。Preheat the oven to 180℃ and slice all the vegetables into approximately 1mm rounds, then set aside.

    Step 2

    预备一个深锅底,底部放入2汤匙蕃茄干酱,然后将各种切片食材交替排上,洒上盐及香草调味,盖上铝箔纸烤30分钟。Prepare a pot, arrange the sliced veggies in alternating patterns on top of the sauce from the outer edge to the middle of the pot. Season with salt and herbs seasoning. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.

    Step 3

    完成后打开铝箔纸,涂上1茶匙蕃茄酱及橄榄油即可享用。Open the aluminum foil, spread with 1 tsp tomato sauce and olive oil and serve.
