    Step 1

    用调味料A腌虾肉 5-6分钟。Season prawns with seasoning A for 5-6 minutes.

    Step 2

    以热油川烫四季豆10-20秒,然后滴干油。Blanch French beans in hot oil for 10-20 seconds.Dish out and put aside.

    Step 3

    另外烧热麻油和油,把菜脯、咖哩叶及辣椒干炒至香。Heat sesame oil and oil in a wok.Fry choy poe,curry leaves and dried chillies until fragrant.

    Step 4

    加入虾肉,炒一会。Add in prawns.Fry for a while.

    Step 5

    加入红萝卜和调味料B。Put in carrot and seasoning B.

    Step 6

    把四季豆回锅,炒均后盛出。Put back the French beans to mix.Toss and fry until well combined.Dish out and serve immediately.
