    鹹魚骨咖哩湯頭清香而帶有海鮮味,而食材都以蔬菜爲主,是一道超下飯的家常菜。(食谱取自网络)

    Step 1

    烧热油,将咸鱼骨炸香,捞起。Heat up oil and pan-fry salted fish bone until fragrant. Dish and drain.

    Step 2

    用剩下的油爆香A料,加入B继续炒香,倒入水煮滚。In the remaining oil, saute A until fragrant. Add in B and continue to stir-fry until aromatic. Pour in water and bring to boil.

    Step 3

    加入炸香咸鱼骨及C料煮滚,转小火焖至蔬菜软。Add in fried salted fish bone, C and bring to boil. Lower the heat and simmer until the mixed vegetables are soft.

    Step 4

    加入调味料和浓椰浆煮滚,最后加入虾子快速煮滚。Add in seasoning and thick coconut milk and bring to boil. Lastly add in prawns and bring to a quick boil.

    Step 5

    试味,盛起,趁热配饭享用。Taste. Dish up and serve hot with rice.
