    小贴士 : 必须用生的杏仁片炸了才脆。可以虾胶代替苏东胶。

    Step 1

    把材料B混合,然后包裹虾只,再沾满杏仁片。Mix ingredients B together. Then coat the prawns with the sotong paste followed by the almond flakes.

    Step 2

    起锅热油,把虾球炸至金黄色。Heat oil in wok, deep fry the prawns until golden brown.

    Step 3

    趁热吃。Ready to serve.
