【烹饪小贴士】马铃薯丝洗去淀粉,再浸泡水至挺身,色择持久不变色。

    Step 1

    树仔菜洗净滤干水,备用。Wash and drain sweet leaf.

    Step 2

    马铃薯丝浸泡水后,飞水备用。Soak shredded potato in water and then blanch in boiling water.

    Step 3

    烧热油4汤匙,爆香姜丝,加入树仔菜炒和调味料炒匀,再加全部材料A快手兜炒即上碟,洒上芝麻享用。Heat up 4 tbsp oil in wok,saute ginger until fragrant, toss in sweet leaf and seasoning; add in all other ingredients A and stir fry briskly, dish out and top with sesame seed.
