    Step 1

    金瓜去皮蒸熟,用叉子压成泥,加入干椰丝及调味料。Peel and steam the pumpkin until soft. Mash it with a fork, then mix in the dried coconut flakes and seasonings.

    分成每份30克,搓成小球包入芝士,最后裹上面包糠。Divide the mixture into 30g portions and shape each into a small ball. Stuff each ball with cheese and coat it with breadcrumbs.

    Step 3

    放入空气炸锅,以180℃烤10分钟。Place the balls in an air fryer and bake at 180℃ for 10 minutes.

    Step 4

    取出,以薄荷叶或红椒作装饰。Garnish with mint leaves or red pepper and serve.
