心得交流站 : 粉丝浸水不可太久软身就可捞起,烫过的粉丝才有QQ的口感。
煮滚2饭碗水加入素G粉,再加入粉丝软捞起备用。Boil 2 bowl of water with 1tsp vegetarian stock granule,and then blanch glass noodles until soften,set aside.
烧热适量油,加入豆包丁,煎至金黄色,取出备用。Heat some oil in wok, sauté gluten until golden brown,dish out.
鑊中留油3大匙,加入姜末炒香,再加入所有剩余材料B炒匀,加入调味料快手兜炒后,放入粉丝炒勻即可上碟。Heat 3tbsp oil in wok,sauté ginger until fragrant,add in all remaining B ingredients and stir well; add seasoning and then toss in glass noodle and stir until well mix.
