    Step 1

    将椰浆倒入锅中,加入少许盐调味。In a small pot, pour in coconut milk and salt, start to cook.

    Step 2

    加入椰糖搅拌均匀,加入香兰叶和白糖,继续烹煮片刻。Add in palm sugar and pandan leave, and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, just until the sugar is dissolved.

    Step 3

    加入榴莲肉,继续煮至滚。 Chunks of durian meat into the hot syrup, and let it cook for another 10 minutes.

    Step 4

    将蒸熟的糯米排入碟中,把汤盛入碗中,放上一勺榴莲肉,即可享用。Transfer rice into a bowl and immediately pour the syrup over the rice. Serve with durian, done.
