    Step 1

    用腌料腌鸡丁至少30分钟,然后撒上生粉,炸至酥脆、滴干油。Season chicken with marinade ingredients for at least 30 minutes. Toss in tapioca flour and deep-fry until crispy. Drain and put aside.

    Step 2

    除了火龙果,其它水果以温油拉10-20秒钟,然后滴干。Scald all fruits except dragon fruit in oil over medium heat for 10-20 seconds. Remove and drain from oil.

    Step 3

    热麻油,把姜片爆香,然后加入调味料和鸡丁,快炒后勾芡,再下水果均后盛出。Heat sesame oil and fry ginger until fragrant. Add seasoning ingredients followed by chicken. Toss quickly to mix. Drip in thickening to mix then add in the fruits to combine. Dish out and serve.
