    Step 1

    鱿鱼以姜黄粉和少许盐腌制30分钟。Marinate the squid with turmeric powder and some salt. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.

    Step 2

    泰式辣酱:将所有材料放入搅拌机打成酱汁后,放入冰箱冷藏备用。Nam Jim sauce:Put everything in to the blender and blend to a fine sauce. Keep chilled for serving later.

    Step 3

    准备一个烤盘,用大火将鱿鱼烤至完全熟透。Prepare a grill pan, grill the squid over high heat till fully cook and partial of the squid is properly caramelize.

    Step 4

    将鱿鱼切片,配上新鲜包菜/长豆,配以泰式辣酱一同享用。Sliced it and serve with some fresh cabbage/long bean with the dipping sauce.
