    Step 1

    用腌料腌制鸡肉。 用镬烧热油,加入青咖喱酱及材料B,爆香。加入鸡肉块炒片刻。倒入清水,加入豆角、疯柑叶及辣椒。加入调味料,小火焖煮至熟,加入罗勒叶,盖住,继续煮至鸡肉变软。 最后倒入CARNATION 淡奶精搅拌均匀,上碟,趁热食用。

    Step 2

    Season chicken with marinate ingredients. Heat oil in a wok and add the green curry paste and ingredients B, fry until fragrant. Add in chicken and stir to mix. Cook for a while. Pour in water, add the long beans, kaffir lime leaves and chillies. 5. Add the seasoning to taste. Cook over low heat until it comes to a boil. Add basil leaves and close the wok. Cook until meat is tender. Lastly pour in CARNATION Evaporated Creamer. Stir well then dish out and serve.
