    這是印度的素咖哩料理,香料味濃。配白飯或印度薄餅都超美味!

    Step 1

    先煮熟薯仔去皮,切大块用。Steamed potatoes and remove the skin, cut in big wedges.

    Step 2

    用小火烧热油1½汤匙,加入姜、青辣椒、咖喱叶、芥末籽、黄姜粉一起爆香,加入薯仔、蘑菇及水一起煮至薯仔入味收干水份。Heat 1½ tbsp oil in wok, add in ginger, green chilli, curry leaves, mustard seed and turmeric powder, cook with water till boilling and sauce thicken.
