    心得交流站 : 白镬烘过的鲜菇,锁住水份,口感更佳。

    Step 1

    榨干马蹄、红罗卜、芫荽碎、豆干的水分。Squeeze of water of chopped water chestnuts ,carrot,coriander and tofu.

    Step 2

    将馅料加入馅调味料拌至粘性有 ,备用。Mixes filling ingredients with its seasoning and stir until sticky.

    Step 3

    把鲜菇用和白镬烘干水份,每朵菇抹上少许生粉,再酿上馅料至全部做好,放入蒸锅蒸5分钟起镬,备用。Sear mushroom in hot pan to dry up,and then coat with some corn flour ,stuff in filling.Steam stuffed mushroom for 5 minutes ,set aside.

    Step 4

    菠菜用油、盐炒熟扣碗上碟,排上酿鲜菇。Stir-fry spinach with oil and season with salt ,dish out and arrange in plate ,top with stuffed mushroom.

    Step 5

    将调味料和勾芡拌匀煮滚至汁浓稠后淋上已上碟的菠菜酿鲜菇,在酿鲜菇加上红罗卜泥装饰。Boil seasoning and thicken with starch , pour over the stuffed mushroom and garnish stuffed mushrooms with mashed carrot.
