    Step 1

    把所有腌料混合在小碗里,然后放入蒸炉蒸5-6分钟,之后让它完全冷却。Combine condiment ingredients in a small bowl.Place over a steamer and steam for 5-6 minutes. Remove and leave to cool completely.

    Step 2

    把日本青瓜切薄片,以盐腌10-20分钟,然后挤掉水分,加入腌料,放入冰箱腌25-30分钟。Slice Japanese cucumber with a slicer into thin pieces. Toss in salt and leave for 10-20 seconds. Squeeze out extra water then mix in condiments. Chill in the refrigerator for 25-30 minutes.

    Step 3

    吃时撒上芝麻即可。Serve with a sprinkling of both the sesame seeds as an appetizer.
