    心得交流站 :杏仁茶如果喜爱奶香味的,可加入适量淡奶。

    Step 1

    杏仁茶做法:杏仁泡水2小时,加入水800毫升,打成浆,用布袋揸出杏仁浆,渣不要。To make almond tea: Soak both almonds for 2 hours,then blend with 800ml water into puree,filter with muslin and discard the residue.

    Step 2

    杏仁浆煮滚加入冰糖,煮至糖溶即可。Bring the almond juice to boil and then add in rock sugar and boil until sugar dissolved.

    Step 3

    汤圆做法:澄面粉冲入煮沸水50克拌匀备用。To make dumpling: mix wheat starch with 50ml hot water,set aside.

    Step 4

    火龙果加水搅烂后,再过滤,备用。.Blend dragon fruit into puree and filtered.

    Step 5

    将全部材料A和B搓成粉团,加入油搓至光滑,分出10克1等分,包入莲蓉(6克1等分),收口搓圆至全部做好。Mixes ingredients A & B and knead with oil until smooth. Apportion into 10g each,wrap with 6g lotus paste and shape into balls.

    Step 6

    煮滚一锅水,加入汤圆,煮至浮起,配杏仁茶食用。Boil a pot of water,scud dumplings until afloat;dish out and serve with almond tea.
