    Step 1

    烧热2汤匙油爆香蒜茸和姜片,然后加入肉碎和腊肠炒至肉熟。Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok, sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant, toss in minced meat and Chinese sausages and stir fry until meat cooked.

    Step 2

    再倒入其余材料炒1分钟,加入调味料炒匀试味。Add in all other ingredients and stir-fry for 1 minute, add in seasoning, adjust taste.

    Step 3

    盛起后撒入肉松即可享用。Dish out and sprinkle meat floss on top.
