炸海鲜肉卷Deep-Fried Seafood Bacon Rolls

【材料】
6片熏肉(切半)、100克鲜虾肉、100克鱼肉、1 朵香菇(浸软剁碎)、1条红辣椒(去籽剁碎)、2粒鸡蛋(稍微打散)

【沾粉:】(混合)
50克薯粉、1汤匙粘米粉、3/4茶匙发粉

【调味料】
1/4茶匙盐、1/4茶匙鸡精粉、1/4茶匙胡椒粉、1/2茶匙肉类咖哩粉

【面糊】
2汤匙薯粉、1汤匙面粉、2汤匙清水

【做法】
1.把虾肉和鱼肉放入搅拌器绞烂成胶,然后和香菇、辣椒及调味料混合。
2.撒少许粉在熏肉片上,铺上1茶匙的鱼虾肉胶,然后卷起,并以面糊黏紧。
3.把肉卷蒸8-10分钟,然后待冷。
4.把蒸熟的肉卷沾蛋液再沾粉,然后炸至金黄色。吃的时候可沾辣椒酱。

【Ingredients】
6 slices bacon(cut into halves), 100g prawns, 100g fish meat, 1 dried mushroom(soaked and finely chopped), 1 red chili(seeded and finely chopped) , 2 egg(lightly beaten)

【Flour Mixture(combined)】
50g corn flour, 1tbsp rice flour, 3/4tsp baking powder

【Seasoning(combined)】
1/4 tsp salt, 1/4tsp chicken stock granules, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp meat curry powder

【Corn flour paste】 (mixed to form a paste)
2tbsp corn flour, 1tbsp plain flour, 2tbsp water

【Method】
1.Blend prawns and fish fillet in a food processor to form a paste and mix with chopped mushrooms, red chili and seasoning.
2.Sprinkle some corn flour on bacon slices. Place a tablespoon of fish and prawn paste one end of bacon. Roll up tightly and seal up end with corn flour paste.
3.Steam the rolls for 8-10 minutes. Remove and leave to cool completely.
4.Dip rolls into beaten egg and coat in combined flour mixture. Deep fry rolls until golden and crispy. Serve with any chili sauce.
