    Directions

    鱼肉含有叶酸、维生素B2、维生素B12等维生素,有滋补健胃、利水消肿、通乳、清热解毒、止嗽下气的功效。

    Step 1

    在Tefal Everest热少许油,把鱼块皮朝下放入,煎2-3分钟后翻面再煎,盛出。 Heat oil in Tefal Everest Wokpan, sear fish (skin down first). Cook for 2-3 minutes each side.

    Step 2

    把锅弄干净,然后倒橄榄油加热,把小葱头和蒜头加入。Clean the wokpan and heat up olive oil, add in shallots and garlic cloves.

    Step 3

    炒至焦黄后加入番茄和其他香料,炒至番茄脱皮。Stir fry till dark brown and add in tomatoes. Add in herbs and continue to cook till tomatoes start to peel and sweat.

    Step 4

    加入McCormick现磨黑胡椒粉,盐及糖。Season with McCormick Black Pepper Cracked, salt and sugar.

    Step 5

    将材料盛出,淋在鱼柳上,再滴少许初榨橄榄油即可。Dish up and serve with pan seared fish fillet. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
