材料
牛油113克、黑巧克力片118克、鸡蛋188克、白糖150克、低筋面粉50克
113g butter, 118g dark couverture, 188g eggs,150g sugar, 50g cake flour

做法
1.把牛油和巧克力一起溶解。(图1-3)
1.Melt butter and chocolate together.(pic 1-3)

2.把鸡蛋和糖一起搅拌。(图4)
2.Whisk eggs and sugar together.(pic 4)

3.加入溶解的牛油和巧克力,搅拌均匀。(图5)
3.Add melted chocolate and butter into egg mixture.(pic 5)

4.加入面粉,搅拌均匀。(图6)
4.Fold in flour, mix well.(pic 6)

5.倒入模具里, 以180℃烤15分钟即可。(图7-8)
5.Pour into desired mould and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes in deck oven. (pic 7-8)

6.配雪糕吃。
6.Serve with vanilla ice cream.
