牛油果煎蛋 Eggs In Avocado Slices

【材料】
牛油果2粒,C蛋4粒
【调味料】
盐和黑胡椒粉少许
【装饰】
鲜时萝少许
【做法】
1. 把牛油果两边修齐,然后中间连皮切成两块厚片,再以挖器把中间挖空。(图1-2)
2. 热不黏锅,涂少许油,放入牛油果,把鸡蛋放入牛油菓中间的空洞里,然后加盖煎1至2分钟,然后翻转再煎1分钟。如果蛋白来不及熟,可以撒点水,制造蒸汽,让蛋白更快熟。(图3-5)
3. 撒上盐、黑胡椒粉及鲜时萝即可。 (图6)

2 Avocado, 4 C eggs
【Seasoning】
Dash of pepper & salt

Fresh dill
【Method】
1. Trim both side of avocado and discard seed, cut each avacado with the skin into 2 thick slices, use a small cookie cutter to make a hole in the center of your thick slice. (pic 1-2)
2. Heat a non-stick skillet to low heat, lightly grease with oil.Place the avocado slice in the pan. Crack a C sized egg into the center of the hole. Cover and cook for a minute or two, turn over once and cook for another minute. If the egg white is not cooking as fast as it should, then sprinkle a little water in the pan and cover and cook. The steam
will help cook the whites. (pic 3-5)
3. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle some fresh dill over and serve.(pic 6)
