    Step 1

    烧热油3汤匙,爆香姜丝,加入白玉菇和蘑菇炒片刻。Heat oil in wok,saute ginger until fragrant,toss in both mushrooms.

    Step 2

    再加入田七叶大火快炒,加调味料炒匀,勾芡即可上碟,洒上杏仁片趁热享用。Add in notoginseng leaf and stir-fry in high heat, add seasoning, thicken with starch and dish out; sprinkle almond flakes over and serve.
