百里香鲜虾炒鸡蛋Stir-fried Prawn & Egg with Thyme

【材料】
虾球500克(去壳)、鸡蛋4颗、百里香5克(剁碎)、青葱碎10克

【调味料】
盐(少许)、鸡精粉1茶匙、白糖1茶匙、白胡椒(少许)、玉蜀黍粉50克、生抽1茶匙

【做法】
1.虾球洗净,以少许白胡椒跟盐调味 ,沾了鸡蛋再裹上玉蜀黍粉,放入热油中炸至熟透,备用。(图1-2)
2.将鸡蛋打散,混入百里香及青葱碎,搅拌好备用。(图3)
3.预热平底锅,加入油,倒入蛋液以小火慢炒至半熟。(图4-5)
4.加入备用的虾和调味料。(图6)
5.把鸡蛋炒至颗粒状後就可以上碟摆盘,以少许百里香装饰。

【Ingredients】
500g shelled prawns, 4 eggs, 5g thyme(chopped), 10g chopped spring onion(chopped)

【Seasoning】
Dash of salt, 1 tsp chicken powder, 1 tsp sugar, dash of pepper, 50g corn flour, 1 tsp soy sauce

【Method】
1.Marinate prawn with pepper and salt, mix in 1 egg and coat with corn flour; and then deep fry until cooked.(pic 1-2)
2.Beat eggs, mix with chopped thyme and spring onion.
3.Heat pan with oil and add in beaten eggs, stir-fry in low heat.(pic 3-5)
4.Once egg is semi cooked, toss in prawns and follow with seasoning and adjust taste.(pic 6)
5.Once egg turns solid, dish out and garnish with some thyme and serve.
