碧绿鱼子卖Cucumber Fish Roll

【材料】
A:日本青瓜1条、鱼子酱适量
B:虾仁肉50g、猪肉碎100g

【调味料】
盐1⁄3茶匙、糖1茶匙、味精1⁄2茶匙、麻油适量、胡椒粉适量、生粉适量

【做法】
1.将材料B和调味料混合搅拌均匀起胶后备用。(图1)
2.日本青瓜削出一片片长型薄片洗净备用。
3.将处理好的材料B平均每40克用日本青瓜片卷起,之后蒸大约6分钟。(图2-3)
4.蒸熟后将鱼子酱撒在青瓜卖卷上方即可上桌。(图4-5)

【Ingredients】
A:1 Japanese cucumber, some fish roe
B: 50g prawn paste, 100g minced meat

【Seasoning】
1⁄3 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1⁄2 MSG, some sesame oil, pepper and corn flour

【Method】
1.Mixes ingredients B with seasoning and blend with hand until springy.(pic 1)
2.Cut cucumber into long thin slices and wash.
3.Apportion ingredients A into 40g each and roll with cucumber slice and steaam for about 6 minutes.(pic 2-3)
4.Sprinkle fish roe on top of steamed cucumber roll and serve.(pic 4-5)
