┃材料┃
五花肉½斤、虾肉300g(剁碎)、鱼肉300克、小葱头(剁碎)、红萝卜1条(剁碎)、马蹄1粒(剁碎)、青葱1条(切粒)、鸡蛋1
粒、饼干(打碎成粉状)
┃调味料┃
胡椒粉1茶匙、盐少许、糖少许、绍兴酒1茶匙、五香粉少许
┃做法┃
1. 准备一个大碗,把所有剁碎材料一起混合,然后打入一个蛋后搅拌均匀。(图1-2)
2. 搅拌均匀后就把调味料放入,搅拌均
匀,捏成丸子形状。(图3-5)
3. 起锅热油,把肉丸子放入,炸至金黄色捞出即可。(图6)

┃INGREDIENT┃
300g pork belly, 300g minced prawns, 300g fish paste, 1 shallot (chopped), 1 carrot (chopped), 1 stalk spring onion (chopped), 1
egg, some biscuit (crushed)
┃SEASONING┃
1 tsp pepper, dash of salt & sugar, 1 tsp Chinese cooking wine, dash of 5 spiced
powder
┃METHOD┃
1. Mixes all main ingredients in mixing bowl, and then toss in egg. (pic 1-2)
2. Add seasoning to the mixture and then shape into balls. (pic 3-5)
3. Heat oil in wok, deep fry the meat balls until golden brown, done. (pic 6)
