    印式咖喱诱人的是它那浓郁的咖喱香味还有那丰富的佐料。

    Step 1

    将香料放入电动搅拌机内研磨成糊料。Using an electric blender, grind the spicepaste ingredients.

    Step 2

    在一个大的搅拌碗中,放入清洗过的鸡肉,加入研磨料及香料腌制好。In a large mixing bowl, place the cleaned chicken and grind spicepaste over, adding the rest of the ingredients all together.

    Step 3

    在锅中加热一些油,加入腌制好的鸡肉及所有香料和干香料。In a wok, heat some oil, add all the marinated chicken and all its spices & dry spices.

    Step 4

    不断拌炒直到鸡肉变香。加水,慢火焖15分钟。Cook stirring continuously till chicken is frangrant, adding water then let it simmer for 15 minutes.

    Step 5

    加入马铃薯和更多的水直到盖过鸡块,以盐调味。Add the potatoes and more water till the water covers the whole chicken and adjust salt to taste.

    Step 6

    此咖喱无需加入椰浆,味道也很好。This curry DO NOT use any coconut milk and it actually taste nice without it.

    Step 7

    将鸡肉以小火煮至肉熟,熄火,上桌。Simmer chicken till its tender, turn off heat and serve warm.

    Step 8

    放置2小时后或隔夜,咖喱味道会更好。Curry taste better after 2 hours or overnight.
