    Step 1

    热锅加入油,放入素鱼以小火炸至金黄色备用。Heat oil in a pot, fry the vegetarian fish until golden brown over low heat. Set aside.

    同时也将素鱼饼炸至金黄色。At the same time, fry the vegetarian fish cakes until golden brown.

    Step 3

    准备一个锅,加入预先熬好的上汤、水梅、咸菜丝和红萝卜,以小火煮约10分钟,再加入材料B。In another pot, add the prepared broth, salted plum, salted vegetable strips, and carrots. Simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes, then add Ingredients B.
